3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product details, ingredients, and images are accurate. However:
- Colours, textures, and scents may vary slightly due to the natural, handmade nature of our products.
- Please read ingredient lists carefully if you have allergies. Essential oils may be present in some products.
- All products are for external use only.
4. Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, incorrect pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
5. Prices & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card and PayPal.
- Your order will not be processed until payment has cleared.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently deliver within the UK only.
- Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:
– £3.99 under 5kg
– £6.99 over 5kg
– Free UK shipping over £100 - Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or busy periods.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for unopened and unused items.
We do not accept returns on opened skincare or tallow products due to hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at sales@theorigincompany.co.uk within 7 days for a full refund, replacement, or exchange.
8. Cancellations & Amendments
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
9. Allergy Disclaimer
Some of our products contain essential oils. We always recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product. The Origin Company cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions — please consult a medical professional if you have known sensitivities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Origin Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
